Story Camp Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our attendees and website visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: When you register for our conference or contact us, we may collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information.
Non-Personal Information: We may collect information about your interactions with our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information:
To Facilitate Your Participation: We use your information to process registrations, confirm bookings, and provide event-related updates.
Marketing Communications: With your consent, we may send you promotional materials about future events or updates from Story Camp Inc. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Operational Purposes: We use your information to improve our services, resolve issues, and ensure the best attendee experience.
3. Sharing Your Information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. However, we may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, hotels, or workshop facilitators) to facilitate the conference experience.
4. Data Security. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TERMS & FAQs
1. What does the conference fee include? The $5,000 USD fee covers:
Three nights of accommodation at the conference hotel.
Three industry-expert-led workshops.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on July 23 and 24, 2025.
One year membership to StoryCamp+ to access premium content and community
2. How will you use my personal information? We will use your personal information to process your registration, provide event updates, and send you marketing communications about future events. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3. Will my information be shared with third parties? We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to facilitate the conference (e.g., sharing attendee names with the hotel for room assignments).
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Before June 1, 2025: Full refund minus a $250 processing fee.
June 1 to July 1, 2025: 50% refund.
After July 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
5. Can I transfer my registration to someone else? Yes, registrations are transferable until July 1, 2025. Please contact us at ops@storycamp.com to initiate the transfer.
6. What happens if the event is canceled? In the unlikely event of cancellation, Story Camp Inc. will refund your full registration fee. However, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel or other expenses incurred.

Be Excellent to Each Other: Story Camp maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and treat others with respect at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event and prohibition from attending future Story Camp events.
